JL Therapy is a counselling practice led by psychotherapist Jayde Lecerf, practising out of a clinic in Mount Lawley and available online across Australia. The focus is on creating a safe and supportive space to feel seen, heard and understood. Drawing on her background in psychology and social work, Jayde keeps therapy collaborative and authentic. She meets each person where they are, combining gentle reflection with manageable steps that support wellbeing and foster self-awareness, growth and meaningful change.
